How much time have you spent envisioning the business you want in the last week? What about the last month or the last year? For many agents the answer is not much, if any at all. If you haven’t yet, I encourage you to take the time to define the business you want. What does it like 1, 2 or 5 years from now? When do you want to work? How much do you want to work? What do you want to work on? Who do you want to work with? What type of support will you need? Who can help you get there? What are the results you want? Most importantly, why do you want those results and what would they mean to you? What are the steps to get there? When will you take the first step? This process alone will provide you clarity and inspiration. And taking action on the steps you define will lead to a more abundant life.
