We have extensive training and coaching on productivity and organizational skills for life and real estate. We have classes that will teach you how to organize and systemize your business so you are less busy and more productive. 

I need more support than I receive at my current office

Our office is very supportive, our staff, managers, and owner are all easily accessible and highly engaged. We don’t have huge offices or people running around not knowing what they are doing, so our resources and time isn’t being spent babysitting, we’re helping with production. All our agents produce and we don’t have to worry about the basics so we can focus on higher production. 

I need more training or collaboration

Our agents are very collaborative, they share ideas, vendors, marketing. If an agent tries something that works, they share it with the rest of the office. If an agent is interested in trying something, they can ask on our internal FB group for advice or feedback.

I need better technology

We are constantly seeking the most efficient and productive technology. We sift through the noise and give tested recommendations so you don’t have to spend your time trying to figure out which piece of tech is the best.

I need an assistant

Digging into what you need an assistant for can usually show the tech, system or service we offer that can help reduce that work. Unless you are doing 30+ transactions a year you usually do not need an assistant. Leveraging our Transaction Coordination Services, Field Services or our Marketing Team could help you accomplish what you need without an assistant. Yet when the time comes to hire an assistant we will help you interview, hire and train them.

I work too many hours

On average, agents spend several hours a week less on the administrative side of their business when they convert to our systems. More time leads to more deals or more personal time.

I need someone to do my marketing

A lot of agents think that the difference between successful agents and themselves is some secret marketing that only a marketing person can do. It’s not, its that less than 5% of agents do any consistent marketing at all. A marketing plan and our annual marketing campaign can solve this problem. We’ll be your marketing person.

My current brokerage is too expensive

We’re less expensive (sometimes). But the bigger factor is we’re paid on your growth. We only make more if you make more. My current office space isn’t very nice

We’ve got great office space in 3 locations and you can use any location at any time. All the offices are set up with the same materials, printers, scanners, and cross trained staff to help at any time.
