When someone applies for a job, they submit a resume’. In real estate we are applying for a job with every client. So what is your real estate resume’? Do you have one? The most successful agents across the country do. The easiest way you can create a visually impressive resume to pull up all of your past sales on the MLS and take a screenshot to include in your marketing materials. This will quickly show any potential clients your experience and expertise in specific areas. We provided and example in todays email.
If you want to take it to the next level, include your average sales price, average days on market and average list price to sales price ratio. Then be sure to indicate where you are out preforming the market in these areas. Don’t have many sales yet? Leverage your brokerage or team statistics.
