We are 4 months in to 2021…1/3 of the year is behind us. Now is a great time to check if we are on track for our annual goals. On average 28% of real estate sales for the year are closed by the end of April. Knowing that, let’s take a look at where you are headed and calculate an end of year sales estimate. Simply take your closed sales volume YTD and divide it by 0.28. This will give a good idea of where you will end the year. Do you like what you see?
