Armed with this information we can do a better job of setting expectations for our clients. For potential sellers…your area is really hot right now so we can be a little more aggressive on price. Or I know the media says the market is red hot but let’s take a look at your particular area where things are slowing a little.
When talking with potential buyers…I know you love that area and according to the map so do many others…expect a lot of competition. Or if your buyers have been looking for a while…we should consider this area where activity is a little slower and take a look at a few homes there as well.
